#38 Wez Spurrett

Jersey retired on 23rd September 2024 The 23/24 season marks the end of an era for the Manchester Swarm as we say goodbye to Wez Spurrett. Wez was one of the founding members of the team, and was our head coach, manager and leader.  His contributions on and off the ice have made the Swarm what we are today. Spurrett is the current holder for the record of most assists in a single-season and for all-time. In recognition of his unparalleled contributions to the club, we have retired the #38 jersey.
